When will I receive my Silver Swag Box?

Silver Swag Boxes are shipped out around the 15th of every month. You will receive an email letting you know that your box is on the way along with tracking information. If your delivery is missing, we ask to be notified via email within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If Silver Swag Box is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

 

When will I be billed for my subscription?

When you subscribe to Silver Swag box, you will be charged at the time of purchase to reserve the upcoming month’s box. You can choose to subscribe on a month-to-month basis, or PrePay with 6 and 12-month packages (the 3-month option is no longer available as of 8/3/2021).

If you subscribe on a month-to-month basis, you will automatically be charged on your renewal date or on the 10th of each month for the next box until your membership is paused or cancelled.

Members who select the 6 or 12-month Pre-Pay Subscriptions can choose if they want their to subscription to auto-renew at the end of the term. If you choose to auto-renew, you will be charged for a new 6 or 12-month Pre-Pay Subscription on the 10th of the month.

Members who subscribed before 8/3/2021 can check their renewal date online under "Manage Subscription."

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Effective 8/3/2021, all Silver Swag Box purchases are final and nonrefundable.

Monthly and PrePay subscribers may cancel their subscription prior to the 10th of the month or their next renewal date to prevent the subscription from renewing. There is no cancellation fee.

Members who subscribed before 8/3/2021 can check their renewal date online under "Manage Subscription."

Cancelling your subscription with Silver Swag Box prevents the subscription from renewing on its next renewal date (usually the first of each month). This process does not automatically issue a refund and you will still receive any boxes remaining under your subscription term prior to the renewal date. A cancellation part-way through the subscription term does not trigger a refund for the remaining boxes left in the term. For example, if you purchased a six-month prepay beginning in January, you must cancel your subscription prior to May 10th to prevent the subscription from renewing for an additional six months. If you choose to cancel the subscription in March, you will still receive the remaining boxes, but the subscription will not renew. Once your subscription has renewed, we may not be able to retroactively terminate and refund the renewal charge.

 

Does Silver Swag Box accept returns?

All Silver Swag Box purchases are nonrefundable and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund. If you have received a damaged product, or if you are missing a product, please email us at hello@silverswagbox.com within two (2) weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced.

In order to help us expedite replacement of any damaged product, please include a photo of the damages when reaching out to our team. If your delivery is missing, we ask to be notified via email within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If Silver Swag Box is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

 

How do I pause my subscription? 

Should you decide the next month’s box is not for you, you can pause your subscription to skip the current box and continue on with the next month’s box. You can request a pause to your subscription online through your account.

NOTE: A pause request must be submitted prior to the 10th of the month in order to prevent receiving the next month’s box.
